Looking for az device I can carry with me for sharp up moves in the S&P

Is there a little credit card device or something that mioght ring or
beep when the S&P rises by more than 1 percent? I'd like to carry
something with me while on vacation in Europe.

I can set my Etrade acct to email me when some stock or index moves to
some set amount. ie: "email me when XYZ equals or exceeds 22". I could
then read my email on my cell phone. Get a Palm and the Palm phone will
buzz when you get an email. Nice system. Palm phones are great for this
kind of stuff.
