oil may have peaked

I read a lot of stuff that I later forget (mostly ;-)) but. somewhere
over the
weekend the head honcho of BP made a cogent case for it. You'll have to
research it yourself. Oil maybe heading down to $30 again! but eventually. Meanwhile *OIL* will keep fluctuating!
