What is Brinker saying about this market (june 12 2006?

I missed his moneytalk this weekend. Is he panicking like everyone
else? Or he finds this as a buying opportunity?
He post-dics market changes more carefully than many others.
like everyone else he makes it sound like a correct prediction.
