Which brokers you can deposit using a third party check?

I spoke with IB and they dont let you do it. but there's got be some
out there that do and then I can
make a interbroker transfer to IB. Does anyone know?
The problem is. I dont have a US bank account and the banks in my
country are tough to convince to accept a USD check.

Its pretty tough to open on Wells Fargo. they demand a lot of
documentation
